The eyes have long been referred to as the “Windows of the Soul”, and they are also the Mirror to the Body”. The science of iridology and sclerology provides evidence of this more than many are aware. The eyes are a mapping system to all your body. No two eyes are the same.

 

Iridology is the study of the iris, the coloured part of your eye. It has existed for more than 3,000 years. Detailed iris pictures engraved onto silver plates were discovered in Tutankhamun’s tomb, and writings and markings have been recorded worldwide throughout the 17th, 18th & 19th centuries. Markings in the iris reveal physiological conditions, strengths and weaknesses, toxicities, and emotional and psychological connections. In addition, the iris can reveal inherited tendencies from up to 3 generations before you. Thus, indicating a problem at its earliest inception. Thus, giving more advanced warning of disease than any current medical scans or emerging signs and symptoms will reveal. These modern testing practices rely on the presence of clinical symptoms. With this information, a tailored approach can be made, thus preventing severe disease manifestation.

 

Sclerology is the study of the sclera which is the whites of your eyes. Where the iris represents constitution and history, the sclera is a map of what is going on with your health right now. For example, a sclerologist with a glance into your eyes can ascertain what body systems are affected by stress or toxicity and their root causes.

 

The process of combining iridology and sclerology gives the practitioner a vast window into the goings-on of your body. Health is more important than the absence of disease. We live in a dynamic environment that is susceptible and adaptable to change at all times. Therefore, to maintain a relaxed and harmonious mind, it is essential to keep a calm and balanced physical body.

 

The process is simple. A few photos are taken with a specialist camera (you can even use your smartphone) of the various parts of the eye. It is non-evasive, accurate and quick.

Three different types of Emotional Release techniques are used depending on the needs and desires of the client: access Consciousness, Gentle Breathwork and Emotional Clearing.

This is a form of therapy that doesn’t involve talking. It is non-evasive and involves gently touching points on your head that allow you to release anything which is holding you back from experiencing joy and ease in your life. We all experience trauma at some point in our lives. Some would seem relatively minor and others quite prominent. Our body has infinite intelligence and is seeking to find the best possible outcome at every opportunity. It is up to us to give the body the tools to achieve this, and Access Bars are one such tool.

 

The patient lays comfortably on a table and relaxes while the therapist gently touches the 32 points of consciousness. These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have stored. This is an opportunity for you to let go of everything and allow the body to do its work. The more relaxed you are, the better the outcome. Most people report a state of contentment and ease following the treatment.

There are a variety of breathwork techniques that vary in duration, intensity, experiences and outcomes.

 

At the low of the spectrum, breathwork can be as simple as stopping what you’re doing and becoming aware of your breath—noticing how you are breathing. Your breath is very different from when you are relaxed to when you are stressed or angry. This simple action of sopping and bringing awareness to your breath can lead to significant changes in your life on its own, and it’s free and available to you at any time.

 

On the other end of the spectrum, breathwork can be intense and bring about altered states of consciousness and spiritual awakenings.

 

A form of breathwork I like to use regularly is not about the emotional release but about oxygenating your body. You may have heard of Wim Hoff, also known as the Ice Man. You can download free audio of his breathwork at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tybOi4hjZFQ.

 

Back to Breathwork for Emotional Release. I like to use a technique somewhere in the middle. It is a gentle guided conscious connected breathing. You will be lying down as I guide you to breathe in and out through your mouth continuously with no pause in between.

 

This technique is available for my online patients so long as we have a video connection, and you can fix your camera so that I can see your stomach, chest and head.

The seemingly little things we are told, generally in our childhood, often manifest into illness as adults.

 

Being told you are ugly by a peer can lead to rosacea down the track. Parents who are too busy to stop and listen to their children can teach them to feel unimportant later in life, leading to thyroid or throat conditions. We don’t go looking for these things, and it doesn’t serve to lay blame; however, it is vital to feel free and light and get past the obstacles in your way that you rewire your brain to see things in a different light. Most of these are things we are not aware of, so you cannot do this independently. You don’t know what you don’t know, right? It requires a trained therapist.

 

This process involves you gently closing your eyes while we have a conversation. You are conscious the entire time, and we are having a conversation. You set the scene, and the therapist listens, picking up cues in your voice tone and words so that we can explore these more deeply at the appropriate time during the session.
There is a debrief at the end of the session, and most people report feeling so much lighter and free.

 

It is essential to be free of distractions and interruptions for roughly 60-90 minutes.

 

This technique is available for my online clients.

Infrared is a safe wavelength of light (or energy) which we feel as heat. Infrared works by heating the body directly, warming us safely to create a cardiovascular workout on the body whilst removing heavy metals and toxins. Infrared is different to steam or hot rocks sauna in that it heats the body at a lower, more comfortable temperature.

 

As part of a detox program, the sauna is a critical component, utilising the skin to eliminate toxic waste
from the body.

 

Benefits of infrared sauna include: help with weight loss, strengthening the cardiovascular system,
increasing circulation, detoxifying the body, reducing pain and inflammation and improving sleep.

 

The sauna session is $45 per person (not timed as individually tailored) or $55 per couple.

Initially, all our clients undertake a 12 week Foundation Program.  This is specifically designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of health.  It is broken up into 3 phases.  Lifestyle Awareness, Cleanse and Detoxify and Permanent Change.  

 

Following the Foundation Program, our ongoing coaching packages are set up to continue to facilitate your individual health goals.  These are based on 1, 2 or 4 sessions per week.

I hold Advanced Diplomas in Naturopathy, Nutritional Medicine and Western Herbal Medicine and am a member of
the Australian Traditional Medicine Society. I have almost a decade of experience in coaching people through minor and major health challenges with great success. I have a particular interest in helping peri-menopausal and
